On March 21st we celebrated our Century 2023 Awards, it was at Hurst Conference Center and I had the honor to be one of the real estate agents to receive the Quality Service Award based on the ratings that my clients gave me for their experience during their real estate transactions with me in the year of 2022.

I got my real estate license on Nov 30, 2019, and in Dec 2019 I decided to join Century21, based on the core values and culture that Century21 shared worldwide with all their brokers and agents. Century21 is my real estate family and provides all the agents the training, tools, and skills to offer our clients the best customer experience whether they are looking to buy a house as a first-time buyer, as an investor, to sell their house or if they are also relocating to the Dallas- Fort Worth area.  

Jim Fite is the current broker and operates the broker along with his sister Jan Fite Miller, their dad Judge B. Fite founded the broker 85 years ago. His son: Eric Fite is the current Chief Operating Officer of the company, and her daughter DeAnne Fite is a realtor and manager of one of the more of the 20 offices around the DFW metroplex. 

I feel very grateful to be part of the Judge Fite Family, I also learned the importance of giving back to the community through their Judge Fite Charitable foundation and being one of the champions of the annual Easterseals events that Century21 Judge Fite has. I personally was able to ask for a grant for my closest friends who experienced the unfortunate event of a fire in their house and the Judge Fite Charitable Foundations helped my friends during these hard times of their lives.

In these 3 years and 4 months of my real estate career, I am looking forward to continuing to help my Hispanic community to achieve their American dream of homeownership. And to provide to all other clients with the best customer experience during their real estate transactions.
